Love these caramels
Love these caramels. Used to be able to get them at Costco much cheater, but was so missing them that I ordered them anyway. They apparently were in the heat at some point because the chocolate had discolored as chocolate till do. Also the salt had been all knocked off. The taste was fine; just wouldn't serve them to guests over the holidays.

Stay away, factory rejects.
The canister of these caramel chocolates(marked new) I received in April ( not hot out at all) was old, melted, misformed, rejected chololate from somewhere. Have you ever see when chocolate gets old all of that white stuff forms on the outside of it? Well all of these chocolates were covered in that. The Carmels were hard. There was hardly any sea salt on them. almost every piece was broken , pushed in, or mangled in some strange Way. I thought I was ordering Sanders chocolates but I didn't pay enough attention and got tricked into buying this nasty Carousel brand instead.

Different taste.
Arrived with a few chocolates melted together. The candies were good, had some smokey taste, different from other sea salt chocolates I have tasted. Not what I expected, but good.

This is the biggest scam I have ever gotten into!! They make it look like Sanders Dark Chocolate Sea Salt caramels and that's what you think you're ordering and when they are delivered, they are Carousel and lousy!! Hardly any sea salt and the quality is not there. The date for use ends in November and I just received 2 big containers that I planned on giving as gifts in July. My star rating is 0!!

A True Treat
We have to hide these from each other, and we still search to find them. Seriously, we both love the taste that the dark chocolate, soft caramel, and salt crystals give to the palette. Making them last longer is our only challenge.
