An average product
I spend long hours in an air-conditioned setting, and I had to reapply every hour or so. It has this synthetic/artificial cherry scent that lingers, which I found to be quite unpleasant. Also, the tint is a very pale pink, which was not what I was expecting. I think I can find a lip balm with a better ingredients list than this one for the same price.

The description says it's spf 15. However nowhere on the package or the lip balm it is mentioned that it's with spf 15Apart from that it's moisturising and stays long

Not happy
The original product was of pink shade and gave a pink tint after use, but this one has an orange shade and is transparent after use, which means it is not the same product. I had bought it from Kaya Skin clinic

Damage item
The lip balm I ordered is broken and not movable. It can't be used because the content is not coming out so I want to return or exchange this item. Please look after my above problem

Both damaged pieces, doesn’t turn up,had to scoop and use,and one broke when trying to open, some problem with the container
