The mats are firm, not soft and squishy. They fold up nicely, fold out nicely, and the velcro makes it stay on the carpeted surface where it was laid. Overall pleased with the product.

These mats are Amazing! We use them for full Judo/wrestling throws, As well as jiu jitsu. My only gripe is that we didn’t get the 6x12 mats. 5x10’s fold up and store nicely while offering great padding for participants 45lbs-300lbs. We will definitely be buying more of these mats!

I bought this mat for my Rossiter System for Pain Management and mobility client workouts. It’s firm enough to support my weight and client’s weight without sagging yet is comfortable, Conveniently folds up to store vertically for my small studio space. It’s a substantial piece of equipment, not light like a yoga mat or interlocking foam. Love the bright blue pop of color too.

Perfect for my purpose. I train on Kenpo Karate w my sensei in my house. Bought 2 which couple together very nicely. I am only using one for my purpose since I am not on the floor that much. The quality is unsurpassable. This is a great product at a very affordable price. The thickness is perfect for any sport (including wrestling and JJ).
