CitizenQuartz Womens Watch, Stainless Steel, Classic, Two-Tone (Model: EQ0595-55L)

I purchased this for my wife, replacing her "worn," failing watch.Of course, color and style are "in the eyes of the beholder." In this case she loves blue (the face) and the bracelet in silver/gold is sharp and goes with almost anything. Style wise, it covers a broad spectrum.Citizens makes a quality movement that is accurate, lasting and durable. I have owned several (okay, I'm old).I received exactly what I expected, in a timely fashion and am very pleased with the value.

This watch looks even better than the picture could show. Easy to read. I took it to the jewelry store to have 2 links removed as it was a bit big on my wrist, but they fixed it in less they 5 minutes.

I have always had a Citizen Watch all during my long nursing career. For years, it went through everything and with me. I finally had to replace it and purchased one with the blue face with day and date. I love it and more specifically, my old eyes can read it! You can also see the hands in the dark to tell the time. It’s not over priced when you want something that works, last, and looks as great as this Citizen does! Worth every penny. Love it. 🍀

I love Citizen watches, have a 23 year old Eco-drive Ladies watch with a small face and, with my cataracts, was having difficulty seeing the little tic marks. 6 years ago I bought a Citizen Eco-drive Corso WR100 which is still going strong but again, having more trouble seeing the tic marks, so I opted for a model with large numbers. This watch is beautiful, band is just like my Corso and the numbers are large enough for my old eyes to read easily. I am disappointed in the "glow-in-the-dark" hands. They don't seem to absorb any light and I cannot see them in the middle of the night or in a dark movie theater. Like other reviewers, I thought the face would be a little bit brighter, bluer. That's the danger of high gloss advertising photos versus real life I guess, but I won't send it back for that. Also, I was looking for an Eco-drive, which this is NOT. I guess I missed that in the Item description, too. I didn't want to deal with a battery but again, I will keep it. Modern watch batteries last a lot longer than the older ones, but the watch price is excellent so I'll just deal. This watch has been returned at one point, it was already set to the correct time and date and the protective plastic was peeled back so apparently another buyer was unhappy for some reason but it will do for every day old lady wear. Doesn't check all my boxes but it will do the job and looks nice.

I have been a Citizen watches fan since my teen years, and now I'm in my early forties. Citizen watches have always been kind of solid, heavy watches. This one, although it doesn't feel like a Citizen, I wouldn't say it is a bad watch either. I have been using this watch for over two months, and it is working great.

I have had Citizen watches for years and love them. This is my new everyday watch. The combination of gold and brushed silver is very attractive. The numbers are easy to read especially with the glow in the dark hand and number spot. The dark blue face in combination with all of the above puts it over the top for me. It is a very comfortable watch and the great price made it a win/win for me.

Beautiful watch, but several problems. First, the face is a midnight blue, so don't expect a bright blue. (That wasn't a problem for me, but may be to some people.) Second, the day and date are tiny - almost unreadable. Third, the day is in Spanish - to clarify, it briefly is in English and then turns to Spanish for the rest of the time period. I wish the description had made that clear. And last, it is set to a 30-day cycle - for those months with more or less days, you have to reset it. All in all, a royal pain.
