A solid stand in for an OEM part that usually hold out very well. Built the same as the OEM, probably cheaper plastic. Remember to press the bayonet lock button or you could break it. I almost did and wondered why it was taking so much force to take it off. it's because of the lock button.

Fit my new Canon 50mm Len perfectly, even they list as 49mm. Reasonable price and good material, reverse hood is very convenient while the hood was not in use, it also protecting the Len all the time on both conditions. Highly recommended!
