Innovative Percussion FS-IJ Ike Jackson Snare Sticks

What I absolutely love about these sticks is how they have a large diameter, yet they still feel lightweight when you play with them.

Absolutely love these Ike Jacksons. They are more on the average side in regards to their weight. great marching(performing) sticks, but I'd recommend something a bit heavier to build chops.

Another one for my son, he plays percussion at school. The weight of the stick is very balanced.

The sticks had bits of wood poking my fingers.

My son loves these sticks. The seller shipped them out quickly and I received them in perfect shape.

What I like it was for my stepson who was in band, what I dislikes don't for me.

My son wrapped them in tape and beat the heck out of them all through the winter drumline season, he said they're great so......I guess they are!😉

These sticks are super light, which is good for fast playing while marching. However, the wood is so weak that just by tapping the rim caused a dent. Without tape, these sticks probably wouldn't last more than two weeks before breaking. With tape, they still won't last a full season. In addition to that, until you've used them for a good couple weeks, they are so slippery that keeping ahold of the sticks is very difficult. Especially when you are moving around on the field. Let alone trying to do any kind of visual. I will still happily stand by Vic Firth as my preferred marching sticks. Would not recommend these.
