Nice looking and large
It looks nice and large from inside. I just used it today for the first time and received compliments.Took a star off because some of the sauce from my veggie soup spilled inside, and no matter how much I tried ed to clean, there is an orange color that would not go away

My Mom loved it when I gift to her
My Mom is retire and she is often having pot lucks with her friends and this bag is perfect for her. It looks like purse and not like lunch bag and also easy to clean. She liked and her friends also wanted it.

Just fine.
There is a small blemish on the back side. Although I have not used it yet, I have concerns about it's durability. I will not return it, as it will not be used by the time the return date expires. That said. Time will tell if it holds up. If not, I will update my review.

Polished and elegant looking
Great lunch bag. Enough space for a reasonable amount of food and drink. Contents remain at the desired temperature well beyond lunch time, especially if you put an ice pack at the bottom - there is enough room. You can walk into any professional or corporate setting carrying it and feel perfectly comfortable. Most people don't even realize it's a lunch bag.
