I would think so, they fit my R1250GSA ok . They are standard throw overs , so a long as they don't touch the exauhst you should be ok.

Can i use these bags on the rear seat of a yamaha fazer fz6 as i already have a rear box fitted?

They'd be OK on any bike with rack. The bags hang down below the seat level and have small straps to secure them to a rack to prevent them flopping about and touching the exhaust / rear wheel
