THIS MACHINE WAS SENT OUT AS ACCEPTABLE?
The machine was delivered to me without any damage to the box. This was simply defectively-made and a careless inspection. Whoever put their inspection-sticker should be reprimanded. Pic 1 and 2 shows the defect in the top of the mold. It's obvious that it wasn't damaged afterward. It came off the assembly-line looking like that. Pic 3 shows only one screw mounted in the top-plate instead of three--it's totally loose. No screws in the box either or any indentation or marks showing that the screws were once inserted in there and somehow came out. It's pretty clear they were never screwed in. Pic 4 shows some kind of glue or mastic on the motor-housing. If it was just grease or dirt or something I could clean off--no big deal. This would require some sort of solvent or stripper to remove it. The final pic shows the make/model and the inspector who looked at this machine and somehow decided, "Yeah, this looks good." I bought this scrubber for re-sale and I am not at all comfortable with presenting it to them as acceptable.

We use this product in a Jail extremely durable. Lots of power, the last one lasted 6 years. This buffer is used 7 days week, 365 days a year.

We are really pleased with this machine, it runs great and has made our job much easier since purchasing it.

Extremely Tuf To Handle
Its Extremely Hard To Handle, its not made for the regular maintenance guy, you need a lot of power and experience to work this machine, I will probably return it shortly.

Beat up and does not come with everything you need. Disappointed!
Was very beat up in transit and it did not come with a drive so not sure it even works yet. We ordered a drive. For what it costs should have come with wver thing you need to operate it. We ordered pads and other accessories but not the drive. Needs to clearer what comes or does not come with it.
