We have had our 1.5 year old cocker/springer mix Greta for 6 weeks. She was settling in so well, and we dreaded spaying her bc of the cone and trying to keep her quiet. She was spayed 5 days ago and this suit has been AMAZING. She was in a soft cone the first 24 hours and would NOT STOP going after her stitches. She scratched up her shaved sides trying to get to them. It was so stressful, so we gave her a sedative. Her Suitical arrived the next day and it's been phenomenal. She stopped going for her stitches entirely, and relaxed so much. And so then her other scrapes stopped being irritated and bugging her, and they are healing too. We haven't had to use the sedative with this suit. She is SO MUCH HAPPIER. The material is comfortable, and she is not annoyed by it at all. She lets us take it on and off...she does not care. She's healing up wonderfully. It's really easy to unsnap and kind of snap over her back when we take her outside to go to the bathroom. This is a product that is absolutely worth trying for your dog if you know they can't deal with the cone. I cannot overstate how happy we are to have this. Greta is the sweetest, most wonderful dog and I'm thankful that this recovery suit has made a difficult time MUCH less stressful. This is worth the purchase. We got an S+ for her. She's 27 lbs.

The Suitical worked great after my nearly 1 year old pitbull's spay surgery! We endured 5 unhappy, restless nights in the cone before we received this and her first night was totally happy and relaxed. I ordered this and one from another brand. I am sending the other one back as it was too complicated. The Suitical is so easy to put on and my pittie stays still while suiting up. After a couple of nights, I discovered putting a rag in the suit where the drainage occured keeps the Suitical clean much longer.

We tried a few different surgical suits, this one was by far the best one. I wish I would have bought 2 of these from the start, to have one available for when the other was being washed. We have a female boxer. We got her spayed at 8 months and she would not wear the donut. She was out of it in 3 seconds. The plastic cone wasn't gonna work either as she wouldn't walk in it. This suit was perfect. It stayed on and covered her incision. The others we bought, she either was able to take off, chew off, or nose her way to her incision. Our boxer had some recovery issues, so she had to wear it for almost a month. Suit still is in great condition after all that. Only issue was it did stretch out a bit after a day or so, but after a wash it would go back to normal. If I ever need another suit, I will be buying this brand and will be buying two, so I have one for when we need to wash.

This fits my 40 lbs dog pretty well. After her bladder surgery, I needed to keep her from scratching the site with her hind leg. An e-collar would keep her from licking the site with her mouth, but would not prevent her from scratching with her hind legs. This suit keeps the area covered so that she can't do that. The only negative is that the back has to be undone so she can go pee and then closed up afterwards. The suit seems well made but only time will tell, I have had this suit only 2 days and have already washed it. I just ordered a second suit, so that I could put another suit on her while the first is in the wash. I also noticed that all the inside seams appear to be finished with an overlock stitch.

This Suitical is a fantastic product! We purchased it for our 5 month old Malamute who recently got spayed. We didn't want to have to do the cone of shame, and we felt like a T-Shirt just tied at the waist wouldn’t stay in place. This worked perfectly and is very well made! At the time she was about 24” long and 35lbs so we got the medium. It fit her perfectly, however her surgery was delayed 2 weeks, so in hindsight the M+ or L may have been better for her. She wore it for 2 full weeks and seemed very comfortable with it. We decided to always keep it unsnapped and just snapped everything together on her back so that she could go to the bathroom without us snapping and unsnapping. Doing it this way still covered her stitches and kept everything in place. It was great to have the option to use the full suit or snap it more like this. We would recommend this product 100%!

I bought this for my female Aussie after she got spayed. This suit is amazing! It kept her covered, clean and dry. The blue pad over the incision area is genius!! She didn't lick or chew at her incision area at all while this suit was on. The butt flaps, as we called them, snapped off and on easily and they stayed tucked with the strap under the belly when we went for walks or she had to go outside. Will purchase again!

This is a fabulous surgery recovery suit for our 32 lb goldendoodle puppy. We got a MEDIUM which fits perfectly. She is very comfortable in it and doesn't mind wearing it. It also covers her incision well and doesn't seem to chafe or bother it. However, you will need TWO of them (which is hard to swallow with the price.) Instructions say to not dry it in dryer. Others have said it shrinks. It will need washed and unless you want your dog unprotected for the entire time that it airs dry, you will need more than one. We found this out the hard way! We also found that putting it on the air setting in our dryer alternating with low heat dried it more quickly, but it did shrink just a tiny bit. Overall, we would buy it again in a heartbeat. It's the best alternative to a cone!

I cannot tell you how much of a lifesaver this is for any dog having surgery in the areas that the suit covers. I have had multiple dogs throughout my life and used the vet cones, the blow up inner tube neck ring, and nothing at all and this was amazing. it didn't allow my dog to lick or scratch and get to her stitches. The vet was very impressed when I brought it with me to pick my dog up after surgery! I bought 2 so I can wash one while my dog was wearing the other one. I have had a dog who got hot spots and sme skin issues and these suits will also be good for that.

Our bulldog was spayed so needed something to cover her tummy scar for a few days. My advice would be to measure your pet correctly to achieve a perfect fit. I did find putting the suit on upside down worked for us so the clip to pull the suit up so they can pee pee etc was onher back rather than on her tummy scar. But overall I do recommend as it did the job and washed beautifully

Also als erstes vorweg : Wenn man die passende Größe hat ist es ein super Anzug! Bei uns hat die erste Bestellung leider garnicht gepasst..... Laut der Tabelle sollte man bei 78cm Rücken länge XL nehmen.. Dieser war aber viel zu groß, was evt so war, da meine Hündin nur kurzes Fell hat und sehr schlank ist.... Jetzt in M passt er super! So und nun zum Produkt : Ich bestellte den Anzug da meine Hündin mit jetzt 12 Jahren langsam anfängt ihre Blase nicht mehr so unter Kontrolle zu haben. Die Höschen hat sie sofort ausgezogen.... Und da sie ein Sofa kuschel Mäuschen ist, wollte ich das auch beibehalten, aber ohne ihr Pippi drauf..... So ein Anzug erschien mir als gute Möglichkeit. Dieser Anzug ist sehr stretching, passt sich dem Körper gut an und lässt sich super an und ausziehen. Was ich super praktisch finde sind die Druckknöpfe am hinteren Bereich des Rückens. So muss ich ihr den Anzug wen wir raus gehen nicht immer ausziehen.... Sondern offne ihn, kremple ihn nach vorne und wir können gehen. Was ich auch sehr gut finde, im Unterbauch Bereich bis hin zum After ist der Stoff verstärkt, da der Stoff generell schön dünn ist, kann der Hund durch das verstärkte Stück nach einer Bauch /Unterleibs OP. Die Wunde nicht so reizen und man kann Einlagen wunderbar einkleben. Ich werde defentitiv noch 2-3 bestellen. Damit wir den getragenen zwischendurch auch mal waschen können.

Ich habe es für meine Risenschnauzer Hünden gekauft, die kürzlich kastriert worden ist! Es ist leicht an zu ziehen, liegt schön eng an und ist schön zu waschen! War wirklich eine große Hilfe und 1000 mal angenehmer als so ne Halskrause!
