Is this the outdoor unit? The pictures show both the outdoor and indoor unit.

If you have access to 120v AC power outlet you’ll be able to use this unit. I purchased the 120v unit it located is my shop bathroom.

Does this come with installation parts? Or just the tank?

You will need assorted valves and pipes to complete the installation.
