I don't have a mortar and pestle, so how do I grind the pods? In a blender?

He keep both the Cardomom Pods and the Cardoamom Ground on hand so we use each per the recipe that we are preparing. Depending on your blender you may not be able to get your Cardamom ground up fine enough to your liking.
