These bars are so yummy! I love that they are packed with fiber. An easy on the go snack to help me get my fiber intake in. Calories are pretty good on these. Size is great it does keep me full for a while. The consistency it just like a chewy granola bar and they pretty much taste the same but this has more benefits. It doesn’t get gross or melty when I leave it in my purse or car. Amazon has had the best price for these bars. Value for the money is great. These are a staple for me.

I… didn’t even know it was possible… to experience this level of flatulence. If you have ever desired to become a human trumpet, this is the enchanted treat that will make that dream a reality. In all seriousness, it’s actually comical the amount of air that will leave your rear from one of these things. Your butt will be exhaling more than your mouth will. Just think about that. I bought these mainly for high fiber content. They are small but taste good and are enough. What i dont like is has bioengineered stuff in it. I will not purchase again. Sharing these to see what others think. The carb count is that of a meal so be careful dont eat alot.

My mom used to buy these when I was younger and I love that they were on sale. Taste tested them and it’s just like i remember. I highly recommend that if you aren’t used to large amounts of fiber, only eat one or two bars every few days. This is like a small snack or sweet treat after a meal. Don’t eat four bars every day for a week and then think you’ll be fine. Fiber is important in your diet but it can be uncomfortable if this is your first time eating high fiber foods.

What’s not to like? These are cheap at about 60 cents each and absolutely delightful—low sugar, low sodium and have lots of oats and chocolate. Being diabetic with hypertension, this is the perfect energy bar to enjoy with my tea.

These taste great and have a softer chew compared to generic alternatives.

These taste really good, and they're not rock hard like a lot of other such bars. I'm glad I bought them. I really like them.

We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
