Just as good as always.
Still a great caviar for the price, good for satisfying the craving without breaking the bank. An open jar is an empty jar .

Not like the real deal but for $10 it’s entirely sufficient
If you need caviar in a pinch this is fine but don’t expect it to be anything like expensive ossetra. It’s much saltier, fishier, and firmer, quality caviar is more like a subtle breeze of ocean with a yielding texture. And it leaves dye behind because…well, it’s dyed. But this will do in a pinch on a chip with a dollop of sour cream, or is good for garnishing, especially around people who may not eat it anyway. Entirely sufficient for a super cheap price. If you have time but are on a budget, go to Whole Foods and grab the golden whitefish caviar. It’s about $15, not full of dye, less salty, and more delicate texture. You can also buy it here on Amazon, but it is refrigerated.

Very nice flavor and decent price.

Salty in taste & price
Very expensive for the quantity and taste that you will get. Super salty, the eggs are not sticking together. You could get 5 times and a better taste for this price in Europe

Do not eat this by itself on a cracker.
If you told me when I was a kid I'd be writing a review for caviar, I'd call you insane. Anyway, from the times that I've had caviar options at parties I'd usually gravitate towards the salmon caviar. Salmon caviar, imo, is a milder more flavorful experience. This is not. This is VERY salty, at one point I thought it was dyed with squid ink because it was so salty(it's not, though it probably should have been considering the price). In comparison to salmon caviar, you can't put this on a cracker by itself. Instead you wanna put 1/16 of a tsp of this stuff on a cracker paired with a tsp of cream cheese/diced dill pickles or plain sour cream to get that mild flavorful experience. Some people like eating teaspoons of salt, and to those people you can put this on a cracker by itself. For $8 it's a decent price, considering you're only eating 1/16 of a teaspoon at a time. I would definitely recommend a different brand/fish if this is someone's first time trying caviar, since you're not gonna know how to balance the flavor profile.

Caviar on a Budget! This is a very acceptable product.
My Hubby loved it and my guests were impressed with the lumpfish caviar, both as served on quail eggs and as plain on toast points. I will buy this again.
