Q: I purchased two kits and I did not receive the no lye activator solution for both kits. How can I get them?

The activator is in the base. It is pre-mixed in together.

Q: Can I use this on a perm?

This is a relaxer not a perm . Perms are used with rods and a solution poured onto the rollers to curl the hair. A relaxer does just that relax the hair.

Q: Can you use the product after it is mixed at another time? Or do you have to use it all once it is mixed?
