Just like everyone else says... a great product !
These just arrived yesterday. The rings and straps appear solidly built, and are very simple in design; that's a good thing. You have to be careful to loop the straps through the buckle correctly, but they have photos which show how. Feed from the bottom, in the direction of the arrow on the clip... pretty simple. You can hang them from a variety of supports. I looped them over a pull up bar, and used them today to do dips. They're great. I was trying to figure out to find space in the garage for dip bars, and this eliminated the problem completely. When I'm not using them, I hang the rings on a peg sticking off the pull up bar, so the straps and rings stay way above head height and are unobtrusive.I've attached a photo so you can see the setup.I had a question about stability, given that the straps aren't anchored to any part of the pull up bar, but (a) I looped the remainder of the straps to the pull up supports that anchor it into the wooden beam, which would help keep the straps in place, except (b) it doesn't appear to be necessary, as the force exerted on the straps is primarily downward, which also seems to keep them from moving. Perhaps if you are swinging, then you'd need to fix the straps harder so they don't move laterally on the bar... but then again, there is also a velcro strap situated right by the buckle, probably for this purpose (to prevent horizontal sliding of the strap). The dips were great. I tried hanging pull ups with an L-pike, and that was also great. Since I'm going to do mostly calisthenics, I think I can already safely say this product is excellent for my needs. I don't know about how they would work for a full fledged gymnast, who is looking to swing giants or anything, but my guess is that they are using a proper gymnastics setup.Overall, I'm amazed at the value. Simple, durable, get the job done. A much, much better alternative than clunky dip bars that are triple the price.

So far I love them and really have no complaints
I have had these for about a month and have been working out with them 3-4 times a week. So far I love them and really have no complaints.Rings are easy to hang. The straps are like long adjustable loops; you can throw them over anything (tree branch, ceiling joist, mountings for a swing) and adjust to fit. It takes a minute to get them hung and feed the webbing through the clasps, but once that's set up changing the height of the rings doesn't take longer than 30 seconds and can easily be done mid-workout. The webbing and clasps seem sturdy so far. The rings themselves have a wide enough diameter to make them comfortable to grip, and I've never had issues with my hands slipping on them.I really like working out on rings - it's very varied and challenging. I was super sore after I first tried these, even though I'd been doing the same strength routine on a fixed bar for months! They make workouts feel a bit more playful to me.They're not too heavy and would fit easily in a backpack with other workout equipment to take them to a park or the like. The only small hitch I've noticed is that there is a small logo applique'd onto the webbing, which sometimes gets caught when the webbing is being fed into the clasp. But you can just flip the strap over and feed it in the other way, which usually helps. Feeding the webbing through the clasp was a bit awkward at first but now I don't even think about it.Overall a great value for the money (I got them on sale for ~$30) considering that I can now do a full-body, balanced strength workout at home or anywhere I pleased. I would highly recommend these to anyone (besides perhaps a professional gymnast - I assume they're buying the expensive wooden ones!) who wants more flexibility in their workouts and to be able to move their "gym" from place to place.

Nice Product, Nice Design, Well Built.
I did lots of research, and although i read most people preferred wood rings, i decided on these plastic ones because I keep them outside and it rains a lot here, i'm hopping that the sun won't deteriorate the straps (but maybe it will over time), but overall the quality is very good, 'one strap was slightly larger than the other' by about a few inches, but it didn't matter because they are long enough.. in my opinion... i hocked them outside from the balcony on the main beam... works great... really wish i had bought this product long time ago... i used to do these when i was younger, so i'm happy i'm able to get a little bit back in shape from using these once in a while.I'm slightly over 200 lbs and it holds me well... rings stay in place.Rings are good size...Not to big not too small.. Just right.Note that i read people saying these type of clips for the strap is hard to set up, maybe the very first time i was not sure how to do it, but after that i can adjust it easily, as i do adjust them higher for pull ups, and lower them for dips... Great item... very well designed.. i like the feeling of it on my hands for sure better than 'steel rings' that is what I was used to in the past because plastic is not as cold when temperature drops...Nayoya if you reading this... Thank you... Cheers.

Best investment for health ever!
Extremely satisfied with these rings, bought them about 4 years ago and they are still holding up great. You can perform a lot of great exercises with rings, I've built a great physique without needing a gym membership thanks to these!Love the option of being able to bring these anywhere with a sturdy tree branch or set of bars to perform a workout, highly recommend!

Great customer service and a good product
I got the rings in July and I had an early issue with the clasp. I was very disappointed that the issue occurred. What is important is how the company reacted to the issue and Nayoya were fantastic. They replaced the broken part within a week with no fuss and since getting the replacement I've had no issues at all.The rings are solid and easy to grasp giving good grip without needing chalk. The straps are sturdy and take good weight without issue. The adjustable straps are easy to work (just make sure you thread them right the first time) and allow for good variation.Overall a very good product and one I'd recommend for sure.
