Great product. Easy to set up!I get so frustrated with reviews regarding the directions, shipping, etc. Reviews should be about the product!Found the directions online and preferred to use them on my phone instead of a printed copy. Initial setup was a little scary, due to drilling and screwing into the side of our brand new trailer. Step by step directions were clear and easy to follow. You will need a ladder and it’s much easier with two people to prevent dragging, blowing around of panels, etc.

I purchased a new 2024 Rpod with a solera awning of 11 feet. I wanted to add the solera family screen room as we have add a screen room on our pop up and loved it. I found this on amazon sold by amazon. The screen room is made by Lippert of which Solera is the brand. As I noted, the awning to my camper is also solera. I read numerous reviews that noted the screen room did not fit the awning of the same size. I called Lippert to discuss this and they stated that had been an issue but it was no longer. The lippert technician had me give him the number from the awning sticker to verify I purchased the correct solera screen room. He verified I required the 11ft screen room to fit the 11ft awning. Well fast forward to installation. THE SCREEN ROOM DOES NOT FIT!!!!! The side panels are almost 12 inches shorter from the bracket to the roll bar. The front panel is almost 10 inches too short. Lipperts response when I gave them this info? Basically, what do you want us to do about it? Again, this is their screen room made for their awning. IF you choose to attempt to purchase this item for your awning don't say you have not been warned.

I like the quality, heavy material, quality zippers but I did have to go from the size of the awning to a larger size for a good fit.

I like the idea if this. I have a jayco j flight slx 264bh with a solera awning. Pros: keeps water out very well. If kept the bugs out it would be perfect. Cons: Does not come with instructions. I am a carpenter and mechanic by trade, so im pretty competent at installing and assembling/fabrication. Bottom line whichever instructions you follow be sure to put metal brackets as close to awning as possible regarding the side pannels. The closer to the awning the less if a gap up top on sides. Their is no real way to close all gaps up top. Ive tried many thing with no real solution. Also no real way to close gaps on side pannels going to siding. This aslo is where bugs come in. Despite not completely doing what it is designed to do and being very over priced. I dont think i would want to camp without it. Simply purchase a fan like i did and that keeps the bugs out.

Excellent addition to our camping experience, we are comfortable sitting due to heavy rains , this room withstand huge tornado this year! All instructions how to assembly are on YouTube, please before complaining watch how to properly install and this room will be very useful during your campaign!

This absolutely blows I ended up buying this thing and it totally doesn't have any instructions to how to put it up it has no value grow at all a comes with 3 pieces of material nothing to block on and eat the camper from the mosquitoes coming from the reverse side of the wall I am so disappointed I'm trying to get my money back and it will not even give me a choice to get my money back or refund I am never going to purchase another thing from solera.... I try to reach out to customer service and they told me that I am to get in touch with Amazon I try to reach out to Amazon and they tell me to get in touch with the company it is a no wind situation now I am stuck with almost a $500room.. with no use for it... I have to give them one star to actually post this otherwise I wouldn't even do that what a waste of my money

Our trailer has a Solera awning so it made sense to get this screen room. The brackets were easy to attach to the trailer as were the snaps the glue to the bottom side. While the directions say it takes 2 people I found I can put the room up alone. Our Solera awning has a pull down feature allowing the front panel to be slid in place easily with no ladder. I also unzipped the front panel from the header which gave less material to move along the track. I had no problem printing out the instructions from the web site and they were easy to follow once I got things laid out. I can set up and tear down in 15 minutes or so. We just returned from a week stay at Point of Rocks in Prescott Az. The room worked really well. Great investment for us!!

I measured our awning and bought an 18’ this is way too small! I’m a so upset. I do not feel right about returning because I can not get it back in the box properly. Should have bought a 20’ and it would have been perfect! A lot of money I wasted.

We purchased this screen house for our RV and it's been a real game changer for camping. We spend all of our time in there. It's an extra room for parties, cooking or simply relaxing to read a book. I would recommend this product. Just love it.

Positive- light weight, quick delivery from Amazon like 5 days, great price paid $1175. dealership wanted between $1600 & C$2000 plus had to order and waitNegative- no instructions couldn’t find any on web site or a link. Would be nice to include either one. Only found a you tube video that wasn’t really helpful. Owned a different make before so had a idea how they were mounted on trailerWe are happy with this product over all and would purchase again

Material fading after only 10 days of use, very poor instructions.15 foot room is not even 14 feet, so very hard to attach to awning.No way to attach to side of trailer so is not bug proof in any way but did help with rain.High winds mean you have to take down but expected that as we do not leave awning out in high winds

We had high hopes for this screen room but are pretty dissapointed. It took a long time to get up, we couldn't seem to get the corners and sides to close properly. After paying 1600 including tax we really expected more.We didnt get instructions and after requesting them, they didnt help with our issue. Customer service responded quickly but offered no solution.After you drill holes in your motorhome and the tent isn't adequate you can't return it because It's not damaged just poorly designed. So we are stuck with making the best of it.Not our best experience at all.
