Just like most other supplements, they take a long time to build up in your system and to begin showing signs of helping - about 60 days. I am taking these every day along with another supplement purchased from Amazon, for joint relief. I just woke up one day, a few weeks ago, and suddenly both knees were sore and hurt to walk on. I tried kneeling down to see if they would pop or something but it made no difference. I thought joint pain would come on gradually if at all but this was overnight. So I came to Amazon and ordered this plus a second joint repair supplement. I got these because the joint repair supplement only had a very small amount of Hyaluronic Acid in them. It will take a couple of months to see the results but I have high hopes as many studies say that it helps. I was told by my doctor that I have Osteoarthritis, but it never bothered my knees before. This should help to rebuild the cushioning in my knee joints over time and I plan to keep using it if it works, daily, to keep the pain away.

Just found out that I have early stage Macular Degeneration in one of my eyes. A coworker of mine was told by her eye dr to take this and this brand and to take daily to keep it from getting worse. I take this along with Vitamin C 1000 mg, Lutein 20 mg, Fish Oi capsules alternating with every other day Flax-seed Oil capsules, Vit E 100 mg, and Billberry 100 mg. I have been taking this for the past 3 months and is working well. You need to stay on these on a daily basis along with a good multivitamin. You also need to stay away from the dyes and fillers so this product does not have any of this in it. I also like Amazon gets these items shipped to you when you want them. God's Blessing to all.

This was key for my joint pain. Started with 50mh then upped it to 100mg. No pain now when I get up in the morning. 50mh wasn't enough. Not expensive either.. yay

Having been a 10k race runner for many years I lost half the meniscus in my right knee. This supplement within only 3 - 4 days caused a noticeable decrease in the chronic pain I had. No joke. I went to my ortho doctor; he recommended an injection of hyaluronic acid gel based on the success I had with taking the capsules. After the injection I had immediate success which lasted 5 1/2 months. Pain gradually returned. Now taking the capsules again to tide me over until after the Corona virus abates and I can get another injection. For me the capsules work. Very minimal pain if at all. I'm ordering more capsules now.
