Absolutely delicious!. Hit the spot! I put some finally shredded cheese in it and make homemade biscuits. So good and a very inexpensive meal! Definitely purchasing a lot!

I am so glad I tried this. Yes the ginger gives it a little bit of bite, but very enjoyable. I wanted to expand my flavors of soup and really enjoy this brand and the flavor. A bonus that it was organic as well.

Smooth , fresh,gentle tang with memory that stays. Can’t make it it better at home. Been buying meal,snack, emergency stock since 2017 when found it. Use as Quick snack out of the box. Delicious

Very delicious but a bit too sweet for me

From a person that is not a soup fan this is so good. Perfect amount of ginger. Wish I could find in local stores more easily.

Great tasting, easy to make and nothing hits home like a great cup of soup and a grill cheese sandwich :) We ordered not only the Cashew Carrot Ginger but also the Tomato basil and Red Pepper tomato soups. It's better them trying to find them at our local store which will have one and not the others. Ordering online made it easier to get many flavors all in one spot and delivered.

Well I thought the soup in the box would be thicker and have a little more body, but...not. Way thinner than I expected, more white sugar and cinnamon tasting than I like. It's not really all that bad when I added a little butter, nutmeg and brown sugar (not to sweeten it more, but to cover the white sugar taste). It's not terrible for taste, My main complaint is how thin it is. I don't really recommend it. I'll try another brand.

I like to drink it from a mug. It's filling and delicious.
