But, keep in mind that this is a $100.00 scope, so don't expect too much out of it. I was a bit hesitant to get it since there weren't any reviews yet. But for the price I figured I give it a try, it's only going on a M&P 15-22. Packaging is noting fancy. Decent box and the scope in a plastic bag. The scope looked nice and came with flip-up covers. Installed on a el-cheapo QD mount. I just didn't want to drop $200+ on an optic set-up for this rifle. The scope has some serious 'fish-eye' at 1x. 1x actually is more like 1.75x. The glass is pretty clear, though. The eye box and eye relief is adequate and the ocular adjustment brings the cross hairs in nice and crisp. The red/blue illuminated reticle is impotent. The blue is all but useless even in overcast light, and the red isn't a whole lot better even on it's highest setting. So far it seems to adjust, and hold zero just fine although I ony zeroed it in at 62 yds. But, for a low budget scope, it is acceptable. I wouldn't put this scope on anything other than a rimfire, though. I don't think that any optic in the sub $100.00 range would ever earn a 5 Star rating, so, for what it is, I'll be nice and gve this one 4 Stars, but, really more like 3.75.
