The hand strap is adjustable and stays on my hand really well, so I can relax my hand and often forget I'm wearing it.I have not had any problems with leaks. Even running with the push-pull valve open, the suction valve does a good job of keeping water from coming out. Just make sure the screw top is seated properly before you head out.The pocket is a good size for energy bars and snacks. It's not going to fit your average smartphone if you're concerned about that.I would recommend this bottle.

I’ve used this bottle in multiple runs. What I like :- secure fit. Haven’t had any issues with feeling like the bottle will fall as I run- Easy to drink from. You can pop up the nozzle and it’s tight enough that no water comes out even when you’re running so that’s great. You can sip from the nozzle on the go- bottle mouth is large enough that it’s easy to clean- small and light enough that it doesn’t put you out of balance and doesn’t hamper your arm swingsWhat I don’t like:- getting the bottle out of the holder to clean is a bit non-intuitive- doesn’t hold as much water as I’d like but I suppose the larger bottle would be heavier to carry

Love this water bottle! Stays easily in your hand, without having to grip it. Holds car keys and other small items. Easy to drink from. Great quality!

I like the form factor and how light it is even when full of water, however in cold weather conditions, the strap that keeps the item on your hand will not fit comfortably if you wear gloves.

Fantastic, doesn’t leak, I can fit many running gells and my keys in it. This is perfect for marathons!

Its cheap. Light. The water balance of the holder really gives you a good momentus running balance. Perfect for a 5-7 mile run.

Very good bottle for up to 8ish mile runs.
