I have 3 dogs. They love it. I do put other stuff in the food hit they finish this food along with others. Energy is good.

Helped our dog
Keeps our dogs regular. I sometimes stray to try other foods (even pricier ones) but I always come back to this to help firm up any issues. I realize it's been 10 years since I bought my first bag of Instinct on Amazon and have never had an issue with the dog food or delivery. This variety has been in regular rotation for about 6 years. A big plus is even our pickiest and most sensitive eater seems to really like it--and imo this variety is the best of their instinct kibble (not including their soft kibble raw meal which I've also tried and dogs seems to really like). I've also always felt there were plenty of raw nuggets for the dogs--I read some reviews mentioning that being shorted but I've never experienced that.

After 3 years and lord now’s how much money spent, I finally found a dog food my pyrenees will eat and is great for her sensitive stomach!

It's gluten free! (and my pets love it)
I LOVE THIS. I have celiac and cannot (safely) feed any of my animals gluten. This is such a good, gluten free options for pet owners with celiac. I actually do not feed this to a dog, so I can't speak to how it is for that pet, but I do use it in a blend I make for pet rats, and as a food source for red runner roach colonies that feed our other animals. The ingredients are great, the pieces break apart pretty easily, and my rat that had a skin issue was totally fine within two weeks of starting this food.

An excellent dog food, but packaging sucks!
An excellent dry dog food. I’m expecting a nice improvement in our dogs health. I’m disappointed, however, with the packaging. There is no reseal strip on the bag! I can’t imagine how it will stay fresh for the whole time it’s being used. The other Instinct bags used to be sealable. Maybe they’ve repackaged all of them to “save a buck”. Too bad, it’s a great product, though.

It came with no holes in bag and I had no problems with it.
