This product came with a cd containing the software drivers, upon attempting to load the provided software drivers my computer's anti-virus software blocked the installation due to a known virus. The product did not work for me and I returned the product. I really did want it to work and did try to search online for a solution, however ultimately it was returned.

I wanted to adjust some of the setting on my 2013 Focus ST but didn't know which OBD2 scanner was good. I decided to go with this one knowing that there wasn't any reviews on this product. After looking at videos on youtube and downloading the software onto my laptop, the scanner connected to my car on the first try. When flashing the new setting on car, the scanner did not error out or freeze like some people mentioned on the youtube videos. If you have a Focus ST and is looking to hack your car then this is the OBD2 scanner you should buy. Great Product!

Not user frienly Im a master tech used to this kinds of program please be aware that if you insert the mini disc in your computer you will get 2 virus included. Download drivers for the adapter dongle and purchase another program

Purchased this item to find a code for my Mustang. The software that came with it goes back to 2002 and windows ME and XP OS. Waste of time....glad I returned it.

Worked perfectly fine to run ForScan on my Ford Raptor. Drivers came on a mini disk, which now a days no one has a CD drive. Ran the software on VMWare Fusion on a Mac using Windows 7.

it took mulitple times changed baud rate and com ports to communicate with interface no instructions came with it ,not user friendly ! should have auto connect for dummies like me! 1 but cant expect mush for the price ! good luck it does work !

Worked great. Connected to OBD2 port no problem. Used with Forscan and worked great.
