The Design of High-Efficiency Turbomachinery and Gas Turbines, second edition, with a new preface 2nd ed. Edition

I was looking for some insights for the desing of fans, blowers and other turbomachine i work with in a daily basis, i own many classic books with which i design and build fans. This books stands out, because it is made by Turbomachinery designers for Turbomachinery designers, it provides insights from the prologue on the design of this kind of equipment. it has a nice history in the introduction that provides you the context from the begining with Hero to todays GE turbines.I find the design methods explained in this book refreshing and consistent, modified a couple of design procedures (pfleiderer) i am currently using after trying the methods in this books and the cfd says im on the right track. Still need some testing done to further verify this.Great book for students and design professionals.
