Loved product and service.

I bought this product to save water when doing the dishes, and because it advertises that it has three different settings that I thought would be handy. I measured my tap to make sure it was the right fit and it was pretty easy to install. Nevertheless, when switching in-between settings, the spray setting was the only one working adequately and the others were just leaking droplets without power. Considering my tap has enough power strength without this accessory and when using the spray setting, this was rather disappointing. Not minding this issue, too much, a few months later (about two) this gadget started to come off the tap when rotating it or even when just running the water. I tried changing the rubber seals, and tighten it more but it just would not work. I have now removed it as it would not stay stiill. It was quite useful when it was on, but as I said, this is a short term product. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

Really pleased at first but after a couple of months of use has started to look a bit shabby and it’s most probably soon time to replace it. Functionally the water flow and options are great and makes washing fruit and veg much easier
