A very nice, large bag
When I first saw it, the first thing I realized is that this bag is huge. It is about the size of a carry-on suitcase. That is neither a criticism nor a compliment, it's just the fact of the matter; the thing is pretty big. I think it's big enough to detract from the look of the bike, but if (like me) you don't care about that, you are (also like me) going to love this bag. I adore this thing. I just got it, and having so much extra space to put stuff is so freaking nice that I can't get over it. I'm bragging to my friends who drive cars that I can actually carry a reasonable amount of stuff on my bike and they're not impressed, but if you ride, then you likely know the struggle of going to the grocery store with your wimpy little saddlebags and barely being able to squeeze in three frozen dinners and a six pack of beers using both of them. Well, this definitely solves that problem. I can easily fit my full face helmet with room to spare in the main compartment. With some finagling, I can fit a small half helmet and a medium 3/4 helmet in there. Granted, it may kill the "sleek and stylish" look of your bike, but it makes it into a much, much more practical method of transportation. For me, I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't care what my motorcycle looks like as long as I enjoy riding it (and this bag makes me enjoy riding even more), so this bag is going to be a permanent fixture, but it would also make an excellent travel-only bag since it's so easy to get on and off the bike. Easily enough room for about five days'worth of clothes plus toiletries, etc. Now, onto the pros and cons:Pros -The thing is rugged; feels like I could throw it off a mountain and it'd be alright. Very nice materials, very sturdy, smooth-operating zippers (for the most part - see cons). The main compartment is quite large and can hold my full face helmet easily with room to spare. The main compartment has a nice padded sleeve for laptops or tablets that I think will be quite handy in the future. There is a secondary compartment above of the main one that is about 3" tall and is perfect for holding small stuff like gloves and goggles. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do, but this top compartment is easier to open than the main one, and it's formed so that the space is open, so stuff is easier to get to in there and nothing gets smashed when you close it.MOLLE EVERYWHERE. Almost to the point where it's kind of silly. I mean, it's useful, but dang how much crap do they think I'm gonna attach to this thing?? It's not a bad thing, just kinda funny. If I ever want to tie anything to it, I have a ton of options. The tie-down straps are very nice, and I love that they give you a bunch of different options. Using the quick-release buckles, I can get this thing mounted securely on my bike in about thirty seconds, and take it off in about ten.The bag sits deep enough that it can act as a backrest if you put it on the pillion seat (...sometimes - see cons). The stitching is great; all the handles, MOLLE, etc. feel very firmly attached and durable. There is a rain guard that is attached to the bag in a little hidden compartment. It fits nicely around the bag and has reflective lettering on it. Haven't used it so I can't speak for its ability to keep out rain, but it's made of the same kind of material as umbrellas and I imagine it works fine. There are several rugged handles and they include a shoulder strap for transporting the bag while it's off the bike.Drink holders are nice (even more MOLLE on them).Side pockets open fully for ease of access.Cons -The price is a bit steep for what is essentially a really fancy box.The size can detract from the overall look of the bike. The zippers are fantastic in general, but the one on the main compartment gets stuck in the back corner on occasion; definitely not a big issue but something I've noticed. Makes the little top compartment more appealing to get into. The semi-rigid design allows the bag to deform a bit while you're mounting it. If you pull too hard on the straps, the plastic inserts bend, which forces me to leave the straps a tiny bit looser than I would like. The bag isn't going anywhere, but it still is possible to shuffle it around a little bit. This is probably going to happen with any semi-rigid bag though so it's not a deal breaker at all.If you want to use it as a backrest, you have to have something inside the bag to support you when you lean on it or else the semi-rigid design will not hold your weight. I'm thinking of designing a rigid frame out of PVC pipes so it will support my weight all the time. There's certainly room for it.I hope this review helps anyone looking for a new trunk bag. Overall I think it's a solid purchase; you get what you pay for. In this case, you pay a lot, but it is in fact very nice.I'll update if I can think of anything else.

Excellent.
Very well-made. Rain fly works very well (tested early and often). Should fit well on most bikes with a sissy bar (taller is better, top tends to slip off in bumpy terrain). The Good:-Great materials and construction-Waterproof with cover (tested at 60-70 for 5-6 hours so far in heavy storms)-Lots of space-Beefy zippers-Functions well as a backrest if you throw a tarp or MC cover in the front bungee cords; the rain fly still fits. The Mediocre:-Sissy bar mounting is made to be 90 degrees from the flat of the seat and the bag is pulled slightly out of shape when tight-Top strap has issues staying looped over standard-length sissy bars-Sissy bar straps take a lot of doing and likely won't work if you have a wider-than-average bar-Plastic connectors are inappropriate for the application (securing to sissy bar)Security:-You are on a bike, dummy. If someone wants it, they will get it. Strap some cheap stuff on the outside.Other:-The massive amount of storage encourages over-loading the top side of the bike. Obvious, yes, but if you usually only roll with saddlebags and rarely a passenger this will change your ride. This would get 10 stars if they ditched the plastic 3-prongers for helmet-style double D-ring cinching onto the sissy bar (this can be a real pain even with standard width bars. Still easy to get off). I wouldn't mind seeing the addition of additional loops that would cinch around the base of the backrest either.

Would buy again.
This is a good quality bag.I've been using it for about a month now.The layout of the compartments makes sense so you can actually use all of them.Anything that has zippers, will usually make or break an item. This thing has quality zippers. It is a bit spendy I think, but it is a quality unit and I would buy another one at this price point.

Game changer!
This bag fits great mounted on the passenger seat and backrest of my honda rebel 500. plenty of storage space and pockets for organization. The material feels durable and water resistant. when i strap the bag down it does tend to fold a bit resulting in the flat bottom becoming concave but this hasn't really hindered the functionality of the bag for me. Placement and removal of the bag after initial strap adjustment takes me less than 2 minutes and is relatively painless which is good for me because i only use it when i need the extra space. If ive got lots of heavy stuff in the bag i sometimes use a ratchet strap over the top of the bag to ensure its securely affixed.

A lot more than I had hoped for
In the past when I had purchased an item like this from other companies, I had to work at making it fit my bike & needs. Always some modification to the bag. With this bag It came out of the box, sit perfectly on my metal luggage rack. Strong & easy to use tie down straps made securing it to the bike a breeze.Packing was a real surprise. For a change there were plentyof useable compartments. Even a padded space for a laptop/tablet.Iknow it was a bit expensive side, but in this case I got what I paid for plus some. I expect to use it on many long haul trips in the future.

Work perfect for long trip.
2018 HD Heritage 114- Only negative was, if not full, using as back support is compromised a bit. But overall worked as I needed. Good storage and plenary of pockets/compartments. Packed for 6 days and was enough. Fastening system worked good, never felt it moving or would come off. For short sissy bars like mine, I crossed top and bottom buckles and work great with the two bottom straps around bags. I can't comment on rain cover or water resistance as the whole week was sunny with no rain. FYI.. rain cover is found in the bottom pocket, almost didn't find it.
