Fawn Design Premium Vegan Leather Diaper Bag and Backpack (Navy 2.0)

Good looking exterior and well designed interior - roomy with lots of pockets - perfect for travel which is what I used it for on a recent 2-week trip to Italy. Many friends’ daughters use it as a versatile and stylish diaper bag!

I ordered the FD original in navy. I like the navy because it’s a “matte” leather. The matte leather is easier to slide things in and out of the pockets, softer and also a bit more light weight in my opinion. I have a couple FD bags and they are cute but a little on the heavy side. That is the reason for 4 stars. I do also feel they are a little pricey. I like the opening and organization though. It’s a cute bag I wish they made all the colors in the matte vegan leather. I do feel the bag is good for a first time mom or a mom with multiples. I have plenty of room in it for another child’s items, along with my toddlers things. It’s definitely a popular in style diaper bag. On some of the colors the vegan leather can chip a little at the bottoms, like the black one I have. It’s not a huge deal to me. It’s something I’ve seen people complain about though. The biggest complaint from people is the weight of the bag. I carry it as a backpack though so it doesn’t bother me and I feel it’s comfortable as a backpack. Also like I mentioned I feel the matte leather colors are a little lighter weight idk why. I would definitely give this bag a try. I have the mini and like it too. The mini is good for short trips, but definitely not the size of a diaper bag. If you are a one diaper and tiny pack of 20 count travel wipes type of mom the mini would be perfect, but I carry more than that so I need the full size for a daily basis unless it’s for a short trip.

Loves this bag! So easy to keep organized and easy to clean.

Update: I should start by saying I am not using this as a diaper bag. I’ll be using it a a travel and quick gym bag. Now, The Fong lives up to every organizational hype in its reviews. BUT it’s not a Fawn in quality or material. The Fawns interior is just as beautiful as the outside. The material is luxurious and a beautifully rich navy color. It strikes the right balance of fancy and practical. I’m keeping the Fawn and returning the Fong. The Fong just felt over complicated which took away from the design. The lining is a a stark contrast from the outside, with its dozens of pockets making it feel like an ordinary diaper bag and not a lux multitasker like the Fawn. Haha I love the Fawn. I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing any style by opting for something a bit more practical for everything I need to tote around. And I can take just one bag now!I have just ordered the Original 2.0 in Navy. I'm disappointed in their (Fawn Design) direct websites policies. I purchased a bag in a color they only had on their website, but decided to return it and had to pay for shipping to return. So, I'll only be purchasing through Amazon going forward, where a return is free. I've also ordered a Fong bag to compare and will update with that when I get it. My ONLY complaint about this bag thus far is the dust bag. I wish it was large enough to cover the bag stored and stuffed, so that it doesn't get creases.

I’m really disappointed in this bag and the customer service from Fawn Design. When the bag arrived the strap was falling off so I reached out via social media for timing purposes. My comment was immediately deleted. No one ever reached out so I posted again. I was told my comment wasn’t allowed on their social media, it was also deleted. In a private message I tried a third time and was told to email. In a email I was told to return the bag and repurchase. A Facebook forum said all negative reviews are deleted so I’m posting here. I ended up purchasing three Miss Fong bags. Because after a year my first was in great condition so I bought three more and two more as gifts. Consumers deserve to know whether $180 bag will last 2 months or three years. For $40 my Miss Fong bags have lastly for four years and looks brand new. The insulated pockets inside my Fong bags are perfect for baby bottles or water bottles.

Love my fawn diaper bag but had a funky smell that still has not gone away even after I put some sented sheets but beside that everything is perfect
