I bought several colors because I have several pictures with different gold & silver tones to touch up.I had brushed against the repaired frame & some of this product got on my tunic. Fortunately, I used laundry spray & it cam off in the wash. My restored pictures look great! So happy!

Finally a gold that looks like gold :) I covered some gold legs of a desk I ordered. The desk looked cheap so I ordered this - worked like a charm and dried. It’s a Weird product hand apply. Waxy. Durable.

I wanted to change the black iron pot holder that I had to champagne metallic. I mixed the white and gold and obtained the perfect color. Pricey but a small dab goes a long way. Perfect to change metal dresser knobs to different metal colors as well. I used my fingers to buff it into the metal. I was able to wash it off easily enough. I did not use brush or rag to apply it.

I needed to match an antique brass file cabinet pull. I had silver vintage pulls I liked but the color was wrong. I used European gold and let it dry and then applied a tiny bit of black and pulled a lot off before it dried. It matched up perfectly as you can see in the photos. One word of caution - work fast and dont apply too much, it dries quickly and will clump if you wipe it when its tacky. Really nice product overall and will come in handy for many future projects.

When I need the affect these provide, they are perfect. They are not magic but just use them for what they are made for and that will be the value investment.

This was my first time using this product. I have experience with crafting. I wanted to take a tin punch, from my cabinet door and make it appear copper. I used Autumn Gold for the copper appearance. Out of the tube the past was very grainy and clumpy. It did not apply smooth as you can see in the close up picture. I sanded the tin and thinned the paste slightly with mineral spirits. That helped some but removed some of the paste already on the tin. The end result is nice at a distance but flawed up close. This was much harder than I expected and now I wish that I had just spray painted a copper color. The cost would have been much less and I think the results would have been better. I can’t speak to durability.

I love using Rub and Buff. A little goes a long way and the colors are great. Love having all the colors together and the price is great!
