Too advanced for me. No basic sewing technique to learn from this book

Książka jest bardzo gruba, ma świetne zdjęcia pokazująca różne ściegi i techniki haftu oraz przykłady ich zastosowania. Książka podzielona jest na działy- crewelwork, blackwork, whitework, silk shading, stumpwork, bead embroidery, canvaswork i goldwork i każdy z tych działów jest bardzo dokładnie opisany. Ksiazka jest piękna i jak najbardziej nadaje się również na prezent.

I just got this book and had a look through. I love that it includes little blurbs about the history of different kinds of needlework. The breakdown is great, the examples seem thorough, and the picture quality is excellent. It’s a great resource book, and I’m really glad I bought it

J'ai acheté ce livre précédent, je l'ai offert à quelqu'un qui le feuilleté chez moi, et donc je l'ai racheté tant il est riche .Une encyclopédie et un excellent livre pour apprendre les différents points, et techniques de la broderie. De plus il est richement illustré en photos et illustrations pour expliquer les points.
