Pros: It is great looking, easy to clean, and does not slide on solid-surface floors or carpet (has rubber in bottom). Also, the modern flare on the side that makes it look asymmetrical - is actually functional. It helps your dog use the side of the bowl to get the food in their mouth. One of our dogs has an underbite, and this has helped him eat more easily.Cons: for reference, my photos show a size Large bowl. The dogs in our photos are 50 pounds. We bought the size that shows the standard poodle in the size chart. I think many people who buy elevated bowls will want a higher elevation.You can see in the photos how our dogs necks are still bent. At the same time, they are much more comfortable than having bowls directly on the floor. I think the size chart calls the bowl Large, but in a pet store in the United States, these would probably be called Medium bowls. They work fine for our 50 pound dogs, but I’m leaving this in the review because I think some people will prefer to go up a size. I attached photos so that you can see their ergonomic position and size relative to a 50 pound dog.Love the product!

I bought this feeder (XL) for an elderly, arthritic, 65 lb. lab mix to help her get her food without having to bend over as far. The dish is very sturdy, very large, and easy to clean. There is a stainless steel bowl that fits in the feeder that is easily lifted out to clean. The depth of the stainless steel dish is deeper than what I thought it would be, but it works out fine. My dog had no problem adjusting to the larger size. I like that it does not move around when she eats. There is a black backing on the bottom of the plastic dish that holds it in place. I thought it was a little pricey, but the quality is very good. Also this dish was received in about 2 days. I wish it wasn't as large in diameter, but I don't know how it could be made any different and work as well as it does.

This product was worth the money. I have a 115 lb Rhodesian and a 50 lb mixed breed, and they love the height. It is well made, has been pawed and knocked into on multiple occasions at full speed and has not moved an inch. No spills and even if it sloshes slightly, the lip catches it. It’s modern design is aesthetically pleasing, and attractive. My only complaint is that unless the bowl is completely empty, it is hard to remove to refill without sticking your fingers in the water, or on the inside of the bowl. There is no leverage or cut out area point. Nonetheless , would definitely buy it again. Very happy with it.

I was skeptical at the price of this bowl and went back and forth, but I finally pulled the trigger and I’m so happy I did. The color is perfect for my kitchen and the largest size is great as a water bowl for my two frenchies. It fits their height and I have much less water mess since switching. We do have to add water twice a day because the bowl holds just over 4 cups, but I think it’s worth it. It’s sturdy, non skid and changes out bowls easily. I will eventually get the smaller ones for feeding.

Update Sept 2021: I removed one star because the 'stainless' steel water bowls began to have rust spots, but I still really like the vessel/shell and that it's elevated. It was tough finding a true, made in USA stainless steel bowl and I've been concerned these leach metals and can't have rust in the water. I found a made in USA 10 oz. pyrex glass custard dish that fits perfectly into these bowls! I've read even ceramic (and of course straight plastic) harbors bacteria. Glass is really the cleanest. He's been experiencing weakness in his hind quarters and near sight vision is diminishing. He was losing his balance and having trouble seeing his dish on the floor - even when I put down larger dishes. Raising the height is a HUGE difference! He took to it immediately! He is standing more stable and he laps up his water much more easily. I'm ordering several more for around the house and for food! (I ordered the small - it's perfect!)

I have four Pit Bulls and these bowls are great. They are a great height for my dogs. The metal bowl comes out of the feeder so you can wash both items. They also stack great, so they do not take up too much room. I even take them traveling with us. They are heavy duty; I have had these for well over two years and they still look new. You could prob also use these for water too.

If you’ve been searching for the perfect pet bowl…look no further. I have 4 cats and they all love to drink water on my desk. I have 1 cat that licks up the water at the far edge of the water bowl and I end up with water splattered everywhere. Another cat puts his paw in the water bowl and tries to tip it over. I’ve been through so many water bowls and always ended up with puddles everywhere. This bowl solved all my problems. No more water spills! My desk is finally dry! Hallelujah!I got the white one. Blends in well with my white desk. Love that you can take out the stainless steel bowl for easy clean up. The elevated height is perfect for them. Got the small size.

I have a bad back, so my doctor told me to reduce sress - like with putting down or picking up the dog's bowls. I also have a senior lab at 14, and the vet has recommended moving her food to a stair or up higher to help her back. So, these bowls are a win-win!! I got the slow-eat insert for the younger dog. They didn't seem fazed at all by the transition, but very little seems to ever bother them at meal times 🤣 These bowls are sturdy, fun colors, and overall awesome, and I wish I had done this years back.

We got this for our aging little guy, it's so much easier eating at this height, it's just a more natural eating position in my opinion. Our dog seems happier with it too, as he doesn't seem to be laboring through his meals anymore. looks good, easy to clean, good quality.

Sieht gut aus und steht schön stabil . Läßt sich gut reinigen und durch seine Höhe können größere Hunde gut fressen oder trinken .Ist für meine Hunde ( 2 ) etwas zu klein mit 900 ml als Trinknapf , dafür hatte ich es eigentlich gekauft jetzt benutzen wir es als Freßnapf . Leider ist es nicht ganz billig gibt sicherlich günstigere .
