I bought this clock for my dad who is experiencing memory issues, and cannot remember the day or date. In addition, he gets morning and evenings confused. He often cannot tell if it is 6 am or 6 pm. This clock is perfect! Large lettering and easy to read layout. He needs constant reminding, and this clock does the trick. It is very handsome, and I like the fact that it comes with different color frames - if you so choose. I plan on ordering more for his bedroom and other living areas, so the different style frames will work nicely. I highly recommend this clock.

This clock is particularly great for the disabled because it is very clear and easy to read. The information regarding day, date, time and the additional info on morning, evening and afternoon are particularly helpful for someone who has a brain injury. The only thing that would be helpful is if the time would automatically change with the daylight savings time changes. Other than that problem, I would highly recommend it.

I bought the smaller size clock for my mom. Even though she still works, I can see little things starting to slip by her. I was visiting lately and she was laying on the couch and kept waking up in panic not sure what day it was. I personally have done this, taken a nap and you wake up thinking did you oversleep for work when really it had only been an hour. She absolutely loves the clock and so do I. The fact that it tells you not only the day, date and time, but also the part of the day is wonderful. Sure it displays "Tuesday, 3:30a, July 27, 2019" and technically seeing this is enough to tell you what you need, but if you are tired, discombobulated or confused, the fact that it tells you what part of the day is very helpful. "Tuesday, early morning, 3:30a, July 27, 2019." I bought the clock for my mom about a month ago and she mentioned it several times on the phone after I went home on how she enjoyed it. Visiting again, she mentioned how she might get another one for her bedroom, of course, I immediately ordered it for her.I did think initially the the cost was a little high, it is not an amount i would usually spend on myself for a clock, but seeing how much my mom loves it and it helps her feel more comfortable like she isn't missing anything is worth every penny.

purchased this at the recommendation of home health care RN for my elderly mother. Its perfect, looks nice sitting on her kitchen counter. Doesnt take up much space but very large font and very easy to see!

The brightness and size of the numbers/letters are true to the product photos. It has a nice display and the size of the clock fits perfectly on a small table or desk. Before purchasing this clock, I read several reviews on how difficult it is to set the time/date but I didn't have any problems. It's a little cumbersome selecting through all of the options with only one or two buttons, but it's doable. The person I purchased the clock for doesn't use the alarm settings or the video/photo features, but they do work properly. The videos and photos are clear but personally, I'd choose another digital photo frame if that's the primary purpose of your purchase. The alarms work well, the only thing Iwish is that it had an automatic snooze/cut off after a minute or two. The alarm could be startling or a nuisance to an elderly person who doesn't know how to shut it off by themselves. It would also be nice if we could set more than one doctor appointment reminder at a time. We don't have much use for other type of reminders. If it weren't for those two issues, we would use the alarm feature in addition to the clock.

I purchased this for my mother for Christmas. She has poor vision and loves that she can easily read this clock. The product also provide the day and date function. The function of setting alarms to remind my Senior mother throughout the day of certain task to perform. Your love one will also love the function to easily place SD card in slot to share photos.

Well, its properly easier to use by the elders, but im at my 20s lol. Its came with a remote control, and a description book. I will said I did not read it, so it took me a while to figure how to set the alarm. Haha thats the only comllicated part for me. The pictures, I just move in to a usb drive without folders to be able to play the pictures. The picture size is very import for the picture to come out right in the display. I just want something to be added to my white theme desk so I ordered a picture display with other accessibles. I love to take pictures but too lazy to print them so this actual fits me pretty well if the screen is a bit bigger lol. Everything else seems well functionable...

UPDATE 05/11/2020: has bitten the dust. Got up this morning and screen blank. Remotely rebooted; got lines and then blank. Unplugged and replugged - still blank. Too late to return. (Modified title) update: For some reason suddenly resumed working after a few days.PRO: easy to read, uncluttered informationCON: has to be plugged in, no battery;Very lightweight, easily tipped by the cats when sitting on table by the little leg on the right lower back side;cord weight is unsuitable for light weight of clock;Hangs lopsided when hanging - hanging hole is in center, but this unit has to be plugged in (which I did not expect). Has the connection on the right lower side making it heavier on the right bottom corner. This causes the clock to lean lopsided. Currently I have applied Velcro dots - but since the wall has a texture, the clock has already fallen off the wall once. If it doesn't stay on the wall, I will try to find something to use as a counterweight on the lower left corner and an appropriately sized screw since I've already ruined my wall with placement of an anchor;Hanging screw anchor is too large and lets screw move in and out.Unable to return since did not try hanging until after return expired.Update: Also loses about 1 minute every month or so. Have to reset using remote, but since controls too small read from a distance, have to be close to manage - which negates need for remote.
