Good and genuine dark chocolate. Perfect for those who are inclined to have cocoa flavour.

Although it tastes good, and does not have added sugar, it still has a bit more calories than Amul fruit n nut dark chocolate which also has 55% cocoa. How is that possible? Because instead of sugar they put maltitol which is a sugar alcohol that is almost as sweet as sugar but contains half as many calories as sugar. So what happens if you don't add sugar but instead add twice the amount in maltitol? Same calories but you get to say that there's no added sugar and fool customers. So don't be fooled - you will still be eating the same amount of calories. Not just that, maltitol has a laxative effect so if you eat a bit too much you will want to visit the loo after sometime. However if you eat a small serving you'll be fine. The upside of maltitol is that it does not cause tooth cavities unlike sugar. So even if you don't brush your teeth immediately after eating this, your teeth should be fine.
