I have it for almost 20mths now and I have a mixed feelings based on my experience with sonic version.I don't like the approach that instead of dedicated display (as I had with sonic version) they added a phone holder. I don't see the point and used it once. App is a bit rubbish. I would see the point if tooth brush would recognise the owner of the head by having some chips in them. Then some stats could be collected and downloaded to the app.The case that is added is also pointless to me as I prefer to take a regular toothbrush for trips rather the case as I would have to have it for myself only, but it is a family product. When all on the journey, I doubt batter would last and I think there was no holder for 4 heads.

It's excellent in general, but unfortunately, there is a problem with the wire of the van of the bag and I couldn't use it only once and for all, using the bag to memorize and it is uncharge. Why? I was late to use it because I didn't travel and when I wanted to travel I didn't benefit from it.

Great product , cleans thoroughly ,looks the part and nice to use. However it is very noisy as you'tr on the dentist seat and hear the drilling of the dentist's tools. My son in his room thought that the neighbour is chopping trees :)Have used the Philips Sonic before that does the same job and it isn't as loud.

You get what you pay for! Yes- it is not cheap But it’s totally worth it! After every brushing it feels like I just had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist. My teeth do look cleaner and brighter ( can’t talk about whiter as I’m a smoker and also have been neglecting my teeth for quite some time now).The travel case, the phone holder and app- all works perfectly fine. As for the battery life - with brushing 2 times a day between 2-4 mins the battery lasts exactly a week (which I’m also happy with).Bottom line- highly recommended!

This is my first electric toothbrush. I would say it's great, there are few modes you can choose from but I still feel that my whole head is shaking when I am brushing with it... would prefer something more gentle.

Updated my old Oral-B with this as on offer. Not used Bluetooth. What for as just cleaning teeth ! Nor have I used all the different modes except trying them out. Travel case seems good idea but not used that yet either.
