Works great for me. I needed something to offset the amount of metformin I was taking because that much metformin was hell on my bowels. I reduced the amount of metformin by 1000 mg daily and just take 2 of these bitter melon capsules per day. All symptoms of my type Ii diabetes dissipated. I have energy during the day. I sleep okay at night. No more bowel issues since I only take 1 metformin per day and may just cut it out all together and keep on with this product. And I have also experienced some weight loss too which was the cause of my diabetes in the first place. Also, I was drinking the bitter melon juice before using these capsules. The description is dead on because it's bitter as ****. this is much better, You get all of the benefits without the bitter taste or after taste of the juice. I will continue to buy this product.

I took 2 capsules after dinner and it works very fast. My glucose used to be very high and I can’t eat anything… I’m very happy with this natural medication.

In my search for supplements that are supposed aid in controlling my blood sugar to take along with my standard medication (Metformin and Insulin) I came across Puritan’s Pride Bitter Melon (450 mg-100 capsules) on Amazon for a bargain price. I purchased two 100 capsule bottles and could not believe how quickly they were delivered to me. Even though the directions say to take two capsules before each meal I have started taking one capsule twice a day because no daily value has been established for bitter melon. So far it seems to be helping my blood sugar readings, but time will tell whether taking bitter melon will be helpful long term for my condition. Puritan's pride did me a great service to provide high quality remedies as this. I had used many of their products ten years ago and hope to increase my use again. Bitter melon lowers my glucose enough to keep the A1c lower. Delighted by my purchase.

These are awesome. Worked better than other brands. Very affective at keeping ur blood sugar balanced. I found my favorite brand. Will be buying again.

Very good value for the cost. Since taking this supplement, my blood sugar has been a bit more stable and consistent. It’s not a sure fix but it’s not supposed to be.

I use this as supplement to control blood sugar but don't count on this to help bring down your blood sugar. Follow your doctor's prescriptions and control carb intake as well.
