Small size bracelets fit wrist sizes 6" ( 153mm ) to 6 ¾" ( 172mm ). Medium size bracelets fit wrist sizes 6 ¾" ( 172mm ) to 7 ¾" ( 195mm). Large size bracelet fit wrist sizes from 7 ¾" ( 195mm ) to 8 ¾" ( 222mm). Extra Large size bracelets fit wrist from 8 ¾" ( 222mm) to 9 ¾" ( 248mm). These bracelets are made of solid copper and are not plated. Please measure your wrist with a cloth measuring tape before ordering. To fit the bracelet open it up so the gap is wide enough to go over the narrowest part of your wrist and then squeeze it back into shape until it is a nice comfortable fit.
