Chipped in original box

Wound care products should not be shipped in the original box at least put them inside of something this one was pretty beat up however the contents was okay

Why the first time I ordered size product was not show again.

I had previously ordered this product which I liked and then when I received this order even though I thought I had ordered the identical product it was too small. I do not believe that I had to pay shipping charges either. So I am looking elsewhere for this type of product.
