I am very sensitive to carbs but I love them. If I eat a really carb heavy meal or have a carb-rich snack too late at night I often feel like a miserable bloated mess the following day. These capsules really easy that discomfort. It's no miracle but I am so grateful to have found something that helps.

Dairy and wheat are the main culprits of stomach upset for me. I can take Digest, even after eating, for 10-minute relief from intense pain. If I take Digest before meals, I don't experience the gas buildup that activates my hiatal hernia. I found Digest in Whole Foods when I was having an episode. It was the only product on the shelf and I found out why. I have only tried the basic formula because that works for my occasional lapses in judgment so I am not sure what benefits the other formula's bring to the table. But when I cannot sleep I take one tablet and I am asleep 20 minutes later.

I didn't notice anything while i was taking this. The reason i purchase this it's because i have a digestive problem. it didn't work for me.

used it once and it gave me the runs. I guess that's how it helps you digest by breaking down the food to a liquid state. Will only use as a laxative if i need it

These are the middle strength between digest basic and the gold. This seems to work with me best.
