Easy to install and works excellently.
A fantastic adapter that not even auto glass places are aware of. This was precisely what I needed to add a common wedge mount rearview mirror to my Mercedes' button mount. It was also incredibly easy to install.

Perfect to convert Cam Lock Rear Mirror
Worked perfectly to convert Cam Lock to the more universal Wedge Mount. I was able to convert my cam lock rear mirror mount on my 2009 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 to a wedge mount so that I can install a rear mirror dash camera instead of having to band it around the OEM rear mirror. Looks way better and more stable. I've attached images of my installation, instructions I found to install this adapter (since there's currently no instructions included according to my order and other reviews), and pictures of both a cam lock style mount and a wedge style mount so you know what works.

Converted my 07 Honda Accord
This item converted the factory rearview mirror mount on the windshield to one that was able to be used with a third-party dash cam. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you’re looking for a similar solution. Doesn’t come with instructions, but I’ll post a picture of some from another review.

It worked
4 stars because of the price and because it didn't come with instructions but I figured it out. With it, I put an aftermarket mirror with a backup camera screen in a 2009 Accord. I am satisfied.

Works as advertised
I tried a few different types of adapter to mount a mirror cam in my Honda Civic, but this was the only one that worked well. It attaches securely to the windshield, and holds the mirror equally securely. No wobbling or shaking, which was the problem with the other adapters. It took a minute to figure out how to get all the pieces in place without bending the spring, but a little patience did the trick.
