Many envelopes promise to be perfect for mailing QuickBooks checks. While some are too large and some are too small, Valbox's envelopes are just right. It's easy to slide a check into the envelope, but the fit is precise enough that the checks don't move around, and the windows line up exactly with the appropriate printed areas on the check.

Finally, we found the exact match. This one will fit and match the Versa Check form #1000. Took 2 months of me going into every office supply store and standing there in opening box after box. Will order this one again with anther supply of the blank check paper form #1000. You've got a customer for life. The computer printed checks fit in the envelops perfectly. The adhesive is covered by an easily removable strip of paper so the the adhesive does not dry out over time - and problem with those that are uncovered in the past. There is printing on the inside of the envelop so that the details of the check - other than the address which shows through the window - is not visible, providing good security. Recommended.

Security coloring and dependable adhesion of the self-sealing fold. This is a peeve of mine for self-sealingenvelopes that still need a piece of tape to ensure closure -- REALLY annoying. But the two windows wereperfect for putting an address area in my MSword and other letter outlines. A bit of effort, but I'll never have to monkey around with stick-on labels and manual addressing again. Perfect.

These are a tad small- fits my paychecks from my Accountant but cuts off the address in the small window. Other Envelopes cost a fortune compared to these at $10 so they will do since I don’t need to mail out my employee paychecks

The measurements shown for the window placements on this envelope are not correct resulting in the business name on a QuickBooks check only partially showing in the return address window. I have attached a picture of this that also shows the actual dimensions which differ from the picture posted by the company. I am returning the envelopes for this reason. Seems like a good envelope otherwise but the measurements should be corrected.

Fits my Quicken voucher check great. I wish the windows were about 1/4 inch to the right and lower. But that’s not the envelope problems. It’s Quicken that’s a crappy software. These are great envelopes.

The windows in these envelopes have the proper spacing to use with checks printed through QuickBooks. Just what we needed at a reasonable price and without having to buy a huge quantity.
