What are the exact dimensions of this?

I am 5'7" tall at 170#. The size of my jacket is L-XL. It amply goes over my frame including a jacket the one time I wore a jacket with it. I believe it would comfortably fit someone quite a bit larger than me. It comes down in length to mid-thigh. The sleeves are long, but they can be made snug by pulling them tight. I tuck the snug attachment inside the sleeve and it does not get in the way. I do manual work with this jacket and it has been great.

Does it work on ticks ?

Yes this will work for ticks, the mesh is very fine and will protect you

Does anyone know if these pants already have insect repellent made into the material?

NO - the description would have said if they already had repellant.

Where's the matching jacket? Id like to buy a couple sets, but i dont see the jacket on Amazon.

They've only got the COMBO option for the Jacket AND pants for the Large/XL size. For small/medium, you have to pick the pants and jacket separately. Not sure why they did it that way, but at least you can get them.
