1st July : I had sown 3 bulbs the same day I received them. Today, on the 6th day, one of those has started emerging out of the soil. Am hopeful, the others will sprout soon too. Shall update on the progress later. October 2020 : Ok, so here is the update! The flowers in two of these have bloomed with gorgeous results…but guess what..these are not Amaryllis Lily at all! I think these are Gladulas!! Pictures attached. No wonder they took so long to flower. Am happy with the flowers anyway!! 😀 It seems wrong packet of bulbs were sent to me! 🙆‍♀️

Take so many years to bloom

Review on 20-Jul: After 1 week, these bulbs performed very well and around 75% of those germinated...Instead of 15, Seller packed 1 more bulb (total 16)...and 12 of those germinated. Kudos to seller. Wishing you all the best. Flowering of these plants, Amaryllis Lily, usually takes few months. I will wait for that. 23-Jul: 90% germination on 10th day. Looks quite healthy. I potted in large planter (16 inch). It has been raining a lot and I put plate on it to avoid too much water getting in.

Recived 10 "Unhealthy" bulbs all small shriveled up and dried, with bruises and damages...maybe 3 or 2 of them are "OK" ... 1 of them is Rotted and airy, when i touched them they just went "Pufff" nothing... the bulb was dried.... To be Honest it's not comeplety their fault, I mean whatever plant,bulb or anything have to travel long distances... In unfavorable conditions,... From one center to other so on, we can't expect to receive a lush plant, without it getting light water etc & it's packaged in a dark box who knows how many days before reaching you, How can it stay alive. Maybe they just water them once before delivery & that's it,packed in a closed box, that's why many people would get yellowing, rotting or dried up plants with one leaf. If it is possible for you, I Would Recommend To Get these or whatever it might be (other live plants etc) From stores, nurseries or something If Available.....because atleast you can choose what you want & get it.... But online, it's unpredictable some may recieve good ones, some may not... But in general... in my opinion shopping plants online is not a good idea ... You're most likely to be unsatisfied... I already Knew This would happen so I didn't had my hopes that high so I'm not that disappointed.... Hope This Helps you to make a better decision, rather than blindly spending money that you can use for something else.

Good healthy bulb received but only bulb is blooming may be next year others will bloom

**** edit 3 years later So the trick is to not water them at all during winters. Make sure its not wilting, if its wilting please water a little .. in my case I didn’t water it during the 3 months in winter.. it’s march end in delhi .. summer is full on and the as seen in the second pic 2 out of 3 plants are flowering. The last one might be a bigger M ***** 2 years later Added pic of my new weed, lily without flowers .. tried with all sorts of fertilisers, now will try to starve them during winters just to simulate lily flowering behaviour. Edited 2 years later ***** Edit 1 year later No flowers after 1 year , very bad quality Edited 1 year later.. ***** Planted the bulbs in feb.. all 3 sprouted and are growing fine, but only leaves no flowers.. it’s been 6 months now and summer is over.. lilies don’t sprout in winters.. if it does sprout later will edit the review

The bulbs arrived earlier than expected and started coming out about 2 weeks after planting them. I would recommend soaking the bulbs before planting them for an hour or so, just to ensure they acclimate to the soil. Amazing, can’t wait to see them bloom.
