These did not work in the dashboard (I did flip/rotate for polarity), which is what I bought them for. They did work on the door lights, so I installed them there and used the bulbs from my door lights in the dash. The dash has a dimmer, so these probably don't work with dimmers.They are brighter than the original non-led lights, and not too bright for my taste. They are white color lights and not yellow (yellow lights may be more responsive to the human eye), it took me a few days and I got used to them. My headlights are white LEDs too, it took longer to get used to those.The seller contacted me and provided full refund because they did not work in the dash (it takes about an hour to open the dash!), they let me keep the bulbs, and updated the product description to say it may not work in the dash or with dimmers. Now that's excellent service, if all sellers did that, they would have better customers AND fewer returns and hassles! Excellent work.

These LED's are in my opinion a vital upgrade to the standard golden warm white bulb. With the warm white bulbs I struggled to see everything in my cabin but after seeing a video on you tube and replaced the bulbs with the LED's I have no regrets on spending the money and time installing these. I can now see everything in the cabin and love the amount of life given off by these. The only thing I recommend is before ordering make sure to remove covers to all your light fixtures to be sure that these will fit in the sockets you have, because you may have a mixture of these t-10's and the longer 31-44 mm LED's which are lovely as well but just another type of socket fixture. Just do your research first then order. I was able to use these in my cabin, my lift gate and my license plate, so my car is like an omega zone of light.UPDATE!!!!!!Ok, so, when I first installed these I installed them inside my vehicles Interior, and then the license plate, then the marker lights in the back and also tail lights. I was so happy that I had made my entire car LED, well except for the brake light/blinker, which use the same lamp. I couldn't help but notice how they started to blink which is really annoying, not just one or two, but ALL OF THEM DO IT, and it drives me nuts! I have twelve leds on my car blinking and Im so pissed. But I purchased 2 packs of these and put them in other people's cars because I stood behind them, so not only do I have to change these out in my car, but everyone else I talked up LED's too, lol im so pissed off and now I have to buy another 20 Led's to replace these POS led's, well that's what I get for paying 7 dollars for non quality, I just hope I don't get pulled over because my license plate is flickering....

Nice and bright plug and play no flicker yet time will tell ...update if dome lights I get 3 to 6 months before flickers and brunt out..marker lights last 1 to 2 months before strobe and flicker . sub par burnt out due to heat ? Waist of money got ticket last night for strobe affect on markers in frount of my f250 only had been used less than 50 hours total now got a ticket thanks ...not happy . nice when first installed just no longevity to them at all

Put these in my license plate lights on my 2016 f150. A couple of days later they didn't seem as bright, so I pulled the sockets out only to find that some of the individual LEDs had stopped working on both bulbs.

Flicker. After indtalling them expect at keast half to have an LED that flickers and doesnt stop. Probably a bad solder connection. Id resolder but these look like surface mount so thats not an option. They're cheap $$ and I thought buying double would be an option (second time purchasing these) but the secound batch is worse that the first.

My review is based on having previously ordered and installed this light. I have installed these light on the following vehicles: (2002 Tacoma TRD) / (2016 Toyota Tundra Limited) / (2007 Jeep Patriot) / (2014 Chevy Malibu LS). Please be aware that this light is not compatible with 2002 Tacoma dome light.The are bright no flickering, be sure to use gloves when touching the light especially sweaty or oily hands gloves will protect the light bulbs and save you headaches. Pictures depicts the bulb with a peny and a nickel to give you and idea of the size shipping was fast,Hope this helps

I replaced the map lights in our Hyundai Tucson. The color is great, but they don't seem as bright as the OEM incandescents. The reason turns out to be that the light on these type lamps is spread out over a certain area as opposed to the concentration of light at the focus of the reflector. The LED light, in this case anyway, is de-focused and not as intense. So consider this if you want to upgrade: If the existing design uses a reflector, you might end up with less light, not more.

These LED bulbs seemed like they were good at first, but I put them in my license plate lights and they apparently failed and i didn't know it. I was stopped by the police and given a citation that is going to cost me over $100. I should've spent more money on a QUALITY replacement LED bulb instead of this chinese garbage that is now costing me a lot of money because they failed.
