Works well for longer workouts or active days. Dissolves easily and doesn’t taste overly sweet like many sports drinks. I noticed better hydration and less fatigue during longer sessions. A little pricey, but the quality is there.

I have always needed electrolytes during the day. I tend to perspire a lot, my body does not like heat or humidity, and my feet cramp easily. Now add a low carb diet and a part-time cleaning job, 5 days a week! I found out about Nuun tablets a few years ago from someone I worked with who is an avid runner, and have been a fan ever since. Not crazy about most of the flavors, so I lessen the intensity and sweetness by adding lemon or lime juice to them. A week ago I was looking for some more Nuun tablets and saw this line of powdered products by them. Since I clean for 3 hours a day, and have been struggling with energy, I decided to try the Endurance. I put one half a scoop in my 16oz. drink with a Nuun tablet and drink it all day. The very first day I used it, I felt good and strong through my cleaning. I got home and still had energy to do my normal things. Up until then, I would drag home, too tired to eat or shower, and go right to bed. Did I mention that I am a 66 yr. old female and I do this cleaning job after my office job every day? I was asked by a friend and boss to clean her private school for autism according to the state guidelines for covid. I am athletic and strong and used to own a house cleaning business, but I have had some serious injuries these past few years, to a shoulder and knee because I still think I'm 40! So I knew it would either kill me or make me stronger. I was really struggling until I found this product. It has been a fountain of youthful energy for me. I LOVE IT! I am also trying the Nuun Rest and Recovery tabs in a cup of warm green tea before bed. Love those, too! Nuun products are giving me the energy I need to get through a 10 hour day and come home still in a good mood and able to shower, eat and be a pleasant person to be with. I'm still sore everyday but that's getting less and less as well. I also take magnesium through out the day and use Lite salt which has electrolytes. But nothing made a big difference until Nuun Endurance & Caffeine. My body is used to caffeine so I know it's not just that. I think it does have a touch of sugar, if I remember correctly, but whatever, it just works. No jitters or keeping me awake at night either. JUST PERFECT, CONSTANT, LOW KEY ENERGY.

I’ve been using Nuun Endurance + Caffeine for my 5+ mile runs, and it’s been a game changer, especially in the heat. It really helps me manage sweat loss and keeps me from hitting that fatigue wall mid-run. I always carry extra water (12oz) with me, but this makes hydration much more effective. It’s easy to drink, not fizzy at all, and sits well in my stomach. I would say do not chug it but drink slowly and wait 15-30 mins before your run. I notice a steady boost in energy and endurance, making it perfect for summer marathon training. If you want something effective at a reasonable price this is it.

I use this for longer runs while training for a marathon and the taste is not what I expected it to be. I have the Nuun water tablets in the same flavor and this tastes very different. I understand that the make up of the products are different but this tastes soapy and makes my mouth sticky while running. This is more palatable than the recovery powder but it's not something I look forward to or want to drink while running.

Great flavor & does the job! I usually bicycle for over 2hrs at around a 15mph pace. No issues so far!

I play roller derby in the summer without air conditioning! On game days, especially when we have back to back games, this stuff has been a game changer. I dump two scoops into my biggest water bottle. Even though I'm working hard and sweating like crazy I still have tons of energy and I don't get muscle cramps and don't feel dehydrated. Before this I had used energy chews throughout our games. This works tons better. For me the price is too high to use during my regular workouts, but it's great for games and special events.

This nuun isn’t like the others! It’s not fizzy, has a great taste and gives you everything you need to stay on point with your workout. I use it for running and it was my fuel of choice for my marathon. It kept me hydrated and gave me the nutrients I needed to keep pushing through. It’s a win for me!!!

My biggest issue is with the flavor. You know that weird, stale-sugar taste of gum you get after just a few minutes, which kind of dries out your mouth and hangs around unpleasantly? That’s what I got with this. Stale-sweet, dull flavor that hung around with a bad taste in my mouth. Hard to determine whether it helped fuel my run or not, since I was so focused on the taste. Definitely not with the high cost - used once and the rest has been sitting in my pantry for 6 weeks. I’ll stick with my other Nuun products, all of which I LOVE! This was the first fail for me.
