Is the size 4 -6 adult shoe size?

Yes they fit shoe size 4-6.... My daughter whos 16 had them for school.

Does the size 4-6 mean the adult shoe size 4 to 6 or does it mean age 4 to 6? (This seems to have confused a lot of your customers!)
