Battery charged up and worked good

i had issues with my laptops old battery which was defective im so happy i found this one now it works great.

The first battery I received was apparently defective; it worked normally for an hour or so and then "disappeared" from my tablet (i.e. it would not charge and the tablet reported it was "not present"). The seller promptly exchanged emails with me and when their suggestions didn't work out, they quickly sent me a replacement battery without complaint. The second battery works perfectly.
