The product i received was actually in perfect condition (Foam padding, Chains, Ball bearings).I am saying this because i saw some reviews and some people got the product in damaged condition.Definitely this piece of equipment is best for beginners as it is light weight, durable and easy to carry.An item which can make you a hell of a fighter is definitely going to be in my value for money product list.

I got this for ₹227 after 5% discount coupon. In hand feel is good. It's made for beginners, hence it is safe to use. I tried it myself, the pain is little. The worst part is quality. It is just ok ok product. If you want better quality, go for something expensive. Overall it will be good a beginner

Within one month the grips came apart, bearing broke and the quality of the cheap iron rod inside was exposed. Very very bad product. And its a " Replacement Only" product. That means, if you have ordered it you'll have kepp it wasting your money. Don't ever think of buying it.
