Mindable Stacking Stool 18-Inch Set of 6 100% Recycled Plastic 200lbs Capacity - Portable for Outdoor or Indoor Seating (6, Blue)

We bought these stools for when we have too many guests in the house and need extra seats. We wanted stools that were stackable so they'd be easy to store and not fall over. Here's our thoughts so far:Love that they are only 18 inches high!! That means that my guests can sit at table height.They have turned out to be practical in lots of situations. I can use them outside the house and take them to our BBQ and tailgates. My little sister Ashley likes that they don't weigh as much as the wooden stools that we used to have. She and our grandma can carry them easily. They look modern too and it's a nice plus to know that they are made from recycled plastic and that we are actually helping the environment. Highly recommend this product!

ETA: These are complete trash. Even with perfect use the charis were snapping and breaking. They leave sharp jagged edges and are dangerous. What else can I say? Student was using product for less than 10 minutes when all of a sudden there was a loud explosive noise. Pieces of plastic were shot across the room and the stool is now useless. I'm sure the student was using the stool improperly, leaning or something like that. However, I was looking for stools that would be useful in the classroom thus the one star. Not sure if I can be refunded for one stool or if one lone stool can be sent as a replacement. I will update this post if so. Hopefully the other five will not meet the same demise.

Not strong or durable enough for a classroom

These stools say they are able to support 200 pounds, my kindergarten students were cracking the stools. I thought maybe just a bad batch so I requested a replacement which was promptly delivered. Sadly the same results. In 4 days of class use 5 of the 6 had cracked. Maybe an older kid that keeps weight perfectly distributed evenly and doesn't put feet on the lower "bar" would be ok for these.

Seems like negative reviews are isolated to the blue color so maybe the process for those is defective because my beige stools are holding up perfect! I use them as outdoor seating mainly for adults by the pool and even plant stands for heavy bulky pots. None have faded or cracked 1 year. The color, height and quality was as expected. Great bang for the buck! (and no i wasn't paid for my review, just promoting the truth for good karma:))

I loved these until two of the 6 Broke with less than a week of use. They are nice and lightweight but cheaply made!Edited to add: stool crushed under a 5 year old child. Ridiculous. These are horrible.

I NEVER write reviews! BUT...others need to know about these stools. I was so excited to order them for my classroom. I teach 10 year-olds, and many of them are small. However, these stools didn’t hold up for 5 days. My students would be sitting on on and it would just start popping plastic pieces that would fly across the room. Both the company, and myself, are lucky that no child was seriously injured in falling off of the stools when breaking or blinded by flying plastic shards cutting their eyes.

These are very light weight and easy to move around. They stack all together for easy storage. I use them for flexible seating in my 2nd Grade classroom! One of the support pieces that connects the legs was broken on the second day I had these but this was due to a student intentionally making it pop with his heel. I feel like they are pretty sturdy and the one that is broken is still being used....
