What? No latin rythyms?
This is a bit strange for a Patrick Moraz album.. No south American/Latin influenced music! Well, OK, it does have a Synth-symphonic piece, "Modular Symphony" with a touch in it, but it is minimal. That said, it is a very good album. It is more "vangelis-y" in style, being a bit more like his (Vangelis) early 80's material, or maybe a bit kind of Jarre-ish.It is sparser material than you expect too, with subtle Japanese Koto & sound washes , conjoined with subued "world" sounding drums. The "Story of i" this isn't. it is much less powerful, less passionate, but no less worthy of a listen. It's a pity it isn't more widely available, along with some of the other releases on the same label from the same period (Cinema Records,BTW)(I have just discovered that the ENTIRE Patrick Moraz back catalogue has been remastered & will be issued with additional tracks over the next few months by i-disks.)

Classical Tinged Classic
A classically tinged album from Moraz, as well as some ambient-ish pieces, make this another lost classic from the Swiss keyboard genius. Another one to look for the 2006 remaster, for some great bonus tracks.
