I would like to let someone know that the plug of the pad came damage, on the first day I charged it when it was pulled out the little top piece of the plug stood in the pad, I was able to pull it out but the plug no longer works, just wondering if I could get a plug send out please.

I cannot express how much aggravation these tablets cause me. I needed something for my tots after preschool when I take them to work with me. This was the wrong thing, I should have just stuck with the Amazon Tablet we had before.Neg: 1. You cannot just press the power button, you have to hold it down for different lengths of time to turn on, turn on the screen, turn off the screen, etc. 2. It takes a minimum of three minutes to start up, and for a toddler or preschooler, 3 minutes is forever. 3. Apps are extremely slow, even trying to run Youtube Kids takes several minutes to boot up. 4. The stand on the back of the case requires a knife or long pointed object to get it opened. 5. The handles are a joke and are pulled off within minutes. 6. The touch screen has a very slow reaction time and is not sensitive at all. 7. These tablets are not child friendly operation. I have to turn them on, pull up the app. They are literally cheap tablets with child cases. 8. We have had these for maybe 2 months and they have already shut down, the battery is acting up and not taking a charge, and have been unable to restart one of them.Pos: I can turn on Youtube Kids and if need be, I can have 2.5 hours of uninterrupted work time.

Cones with a case which was a plus but ensure you buy a screen protector. It was value for the money

Decent tablet. Plenty of storage with a slot to add more. The resolution is just ok. It comes with games already on it. You can go in the settings and change them so you can download what you want. It plays videos very well.A few problems:The handle on the case broke after only about a month. ( No biggie)The charger that came with it also broke . I pulled it out of the wall one day and the prongs were still in the outlet and the cube and cord were in my hand. It didn't charge well anyway so I replaced it.It doesn't have the best battery life.All in all its a decent tablet for my 18 month old to watch YouTube on witch is all i really wanted.

The tablet is sturdy, and I love the case. The reason for lower stars is the software itself. It is a slow tablet with a high learning curve to set up and make sure it is operable for your kiddo. Even once you think you have it set up and stuff installed, you'll find you have to keep installing or changing things as they are using it or if they want something different. It is frustrating if the goal was to get something to keep them occupied while you're busy or driving. The positive is you can use an app on it specifically for your kid, while using the regular tablet mode more for yourself. It is highly customizable.
