After writing a review on here about the machine not working after the first few uses. The company reached out to me and wanted to make it right. All I can say is WOW, This company really stands behind their product. They sent me a new one and it has worked perfectly!!! We use it everyday without any issues. The idea is great, but the products was just not good. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to return it.

It was extremely hard to set the timer and understand the instructions. There is no option to change the amount of time between feedings. Not ideal for long trips or being able to space out the feedings.

My major disappointment: The cover does not cover all 6 holes. There is always an open hole. This means that your first feed must be when you first set it down. So, you lose the benefit of a scheduled feed after you leave which limits its use because theoretically if you are going on a trip you would feed your pet in their normal bowl right before you leave and then want to have 6 separate feeding times available after that. I have another automatic feeder that has a removable cover on the "open hole" and the feeder rotates under it. This keeps the first feed covered and I always get 6 scheduled feeds. When it's time the cover slides open and the opening is always in the same spot. As other reviewers have commented, it was also a surprise that it doesn't open in the same spot and you need 360 availability all around it. I do like the clean white and light weight design so it's a disappointment I probably won't be using it.In the end, this device is not as functional as others out there at similar cost and I would not recommend.

It's three solid minutes of music that plays when it spins; which is absurd, especially since it's an annoying song. The instructions don't teach you how to record your voice the way the item description says. Also, I am in a studio apartment and I returned it the first day because it's hard to find a spot for it for a smaller pet like a cat or small dog. You can't hide it in a corner as they have to walk around it completely as it moved (the lid spins, not the inner tray, which makes no sense). Larger animals would probably be fine, because they can lean over the whole thing, but I'd have to put it in the middle of my floor for my cat to get to each compartment.

I cannot agree with the negative reviews. I have been using this for several days now, and even tested it thoroughly out of concern over the negative reviews. For the first 24 hours I set it to rotate every 5 minutes fully loaded with dry cat food. It didn't hiccup at all. I even timed the rotation, and yes, it wasn't spot on, rotating more consistently at 4 minutes 47 seconds instead of 5 minutes exactly. Oh well, I can live with that, and so can my cat.If anything, it requires reading the directions to understand how to properly take apart and put back together (like most things do). But once you have that down, it's great, and easy to use. Yes, I wish there was a way to disable the "song" that plays when the top rotates, but that is a small complaint. and it only play for about 3 seconds, literally, not the "3 minutes" as another review claimed.Setting the rotation timer is in 24 hour / military format, so you have to know how that works. For example, if you want the top to rotate every 6 hours the timer is set for 06:00 as a TIMER, not a clock. If you want it to rotate every 15 hours then the timer would be set to15:00, and so on.The compartments are good sized, and as I have only 1 cat, she needs only 1 compartment rotated per day, so I get 6 days of feeding before having to refill.Runs on 3 AA batteries.This is well worth the $30 in my opinion (and even more so if you get it on a "Deal of the Day" for $15 as I did)

I have only had this for a few days but this makes such a difference in my life.My little sleep stealing cat sleeps in the bedroom with us, and before we got this every morning at 4:30 am she would start meowing loudly in our room for food. Then if we put her out of the room, she would meow loudly in the hallway. When I finally trudged out of bed and fed her downstairs she would be quiet, only to then start meowing to be let back in to the bedroom. These small interruptions to my sleep before I actually needed to get up really had an impact on my mood.Now, we keep this in our bedroom and set it to go off at 4. She runs over and eats her dry food out of it, and when she's done she climbs back into bed and goes back to sleep without either of us having to get up.The tough thing about it is that you don't set it to go off at a certain time, but rather you set it to go off say, 10 hours from now, so in order to make it go off at 4 I have to do the math and set it every day. Hopefully one of these days I'll be awake enough to run over and set it for 24 hours right when it goes off.Also, the song it plays is so hilarious. It's some kind of spy theme but I can't place it, and we were so taken aback because we weren't expecting it and I still smile whenever I hear it. I was worried about the volume being too loud, and I can hear it but it doesn't disturb me enough to interrupt my snoozing.This does the job and was cheaper than other alternatives at the time I purchased so I'm not knocking stars. I do think it is a little flimsy so I plan on being very careful with it. If I experience any problems with it I'll report back.

For the price it's a good little feeder, ideal for those planning to go away over a weekend. Those looking for a permanent use feeder however may wish to look for something a little more advanced. The feeder has 6 compartments which are suited more towards cats or small dogs. They are a perfect size for a typically sized food pouch. The instructions aren't great but it's a simple timer based system where upon turning on you will set a countdown timer anywhere between 1min-24hrs. Once the timer hits 0 a little song plays and the tray turns. Once turned the timer resets back to what you previously set and begins counting down again, none stop until turned off. If you are looking for a feeder where you can set specific opening times for each individual tray then this will be no use but if your happy with the timer based system it's perfect. All in all for the price all seems good, my only gripe really is with the instructions and the poor quality of the included screwdriver which immediately broke but nothing that would put me off. One thing that could be improved is the way in which the centre tray is removed. It's not the easiest to remove and could certainly be improved but you sacrifice small QOL touches like that when buying a budget device. It's plenty good enough for my needs as it's only for use on the ocassionsl weekend away. All in all a good buy

Très bien pour que le chat mange en toute autonomie. Le couvercle tourne selon la programmation (toute les XX heures).Il y a 6 compartiments qui peuvent faire chacun pour deux repas pour un chat ordinaire.

Ho riconsegnato il prodotto perché non adeguato al mio bisogno e senza voce registrata (c'è un suono standard nel momento in cui il distributore ruota). Non l'ho trovato comodo, innanzi tutto, perché non ci sono le istruzioni e ci vuole un po' per capire come funziona. Praticamente si stabilisce un tempo (es: 30 minuti) e ogni volta che passa il distributore gira. L'idea non è male ma ogni volta che lo si spegne deve essere riprogrammato.Inoltre, per mettere i croccantini nelle vaschette bisogna "smontare" la parte superiore che potrebbe rompersi, così come per vedere in quali vaschette c'è cibo e in quali no. Personalmente è troppo macchinoso e non utile. Le vaschette sono piccole ed avendo 4 gatti non riescono a mangiarci tutti contemporaneamente.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrivato ieri e già collaudato; non ci sono le istruzioni in italiano, ma è molto semplice da usare: si imposta un intervallo di tempo, in base al quale gli scomparti si aprono singolarmente. Non ho ancora provato con il cibo umido, però spero si mantenga nonostante non ci sia uno scomparto per mettere il ghiaccio. Una cosa simpatica (vedi video) è la musichina che dovrebbe (condizionale d’obbligo, il mio gatto non credo arriverà mai a fare questa associazione di idee) attirare l’animale ed avvertirlo che “è pronto”. Questa funzione non è disattivabile, a me va bene perchè userò la ciotola solamente durante il giorno o quando mi assenterò nei weekend, ma mi chiedo se usata di notte stando in casa potrebbe essere fastidiosa.Tutto sommato, sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto e finalmente posso star fuori casa tranquillamente, con altre ciotole a timer manuale mi è capitato troppo spesso di rientrare e trovare coperchi chiusi e gatto affamato.
